• Bollom Intulac Ultra Intumescent Varnish Base Coat use as part of a two product system,
• Top Coat MUST be used in conjunction with the BASE COAT.
• The base coat is a water based coating.
• Bollom Intulac consists of a thin film intumescent basecoat and a single pack clear top coat.
• The solvent based top coat seals and improves the decorative effect.
• A thin film intumescent varnish for timber to provide Class 1 and 0 rating to BS 476 parts 6 & 7. Spread of Flame.
• Bollom Intulac can be applied to painted or varnised timber once primed with SealCoat.
• Top coat is available in Satin and matt finishes.
• Apply Interlac by paint brush, or spray.
• Available in 5 litre paint tins.

Method of Application
Class 1: Apply two coats Intulac Intumescent Base Coat Varnish at 8 square metres per litre per coat. Overcoat
with Intulac Top Coat Varnish.
Class 0: Apply two coats Intulac Intumescent Base Coat Varnish at 4 square metres per litre per coat.

Overcoat with Intulac Top Coat Varnish.Brush or Conventional Spray.
Coverage: 12m2/litre
Drying Time: (TOUCH) 11/2 hours (will vary with ambient temperature, humidity and ventilation)
Recoat: 12 hours (dependent on site conditions)
