ProtectGuard FT Heavy Duty is a water repellant, oil repellant, dirt and stain resistant protective coating for low porosity materials for walls, flooring and roofing inside or outside.
A surface treated with ProtectGuard FT will wear better over time and be easier to care for. ProtectGuard FT Heavy Duty protects surfaces from weathering and helps keep them cleaner by resisting penetration of water, air-borne dirt, acid rain, smog, industrial pollutants, oil and grease stains, graffiti, chewing-gum, dust and organic growth (lichens and moss). Oil and fuel stains will no longer penetrate or stick to a surface.
An all-round protection for low porosity materials such as certain granite, polished concrete, marble, graniteware, terracotta. A material treated with ProtectGuard FT becomes almost self-cleaning: where rain will remove most stains. Limits the appearance of efflorescence, and prevents spalling through repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Suited to surfaces subject to high traffic such as pavements, pedestrian precincts, car parks, petrol forecourts, terraces, balconies, patios, swimming pool decks, barbecue areas, stairs, floors.

- Coverage per litre (depends on the porosity of the material) but as a guide: Marble - 10.00 m², Sandstones and Granite - 12.00 m², Terracotta - 5.00 m².
- Clean tools and equipment with water.
