• Amercoat 4374 (formerly Steelguard 3373R) is a superior two pack extended cure epoxy MIO (micaceous iron oxide)
• An intermediate coating for general structural steel, primer over T-Washed galvanised steel and as a sealer for aluminium metal-sprayed steel in Highways Agency specifications
• Used for bridge bearings, CCTV masts and lighting columns operating in a wide range of environmental conditions.

Amercoat 4376 Highways Item 115

• Amercoat 4376 (formerly Steelguard 3376) is a surface tolerant, two pack, maintenance coating for general structural steel

• It is a high solids, epoxy aluminium primer specifically formulated for use on manually prepared rusty steel surfaces where dry abrasive blasting is not possible.

Amercoat 450 E Highways Item 168 and 169

• Amercoat 450(E) (formerly Steelguard 3390) is an aliphatic polyurethane, two component, high UV exposure resistant topcoat available as gloss and semi-gloss finish (Amercoat 450E SG).
• It has outstanding weather resistance with excellent colour and gloss retention.
  
• It is resistant to a board range of corrosive and marine atmospheres.
  
• Amercoat 450 E cures through a wide temperature range and has a re-coatable finish.

Sika Icosit 6630

• Sika Icosit 6630 is a versatile high build paint coating for use directly onto steel and galvanised steel, non-ferrous metals, plastic and timber.
  
• It is a single pack, low VOC, polyurethane alkyd paint for a high build application directly on to new or weathered galvanised steel (without the use of T Wash or etch primer pre-treatments).
  
• It may also be used to overcoat previously painted steel.

Ameron/PPG/Amercoat T Wash (Amercoat 59TW) is also known as Mordants Solution

• PPG Amercoat 59TW is used to remove the salts produced by galvanised steel or zinc surfaces, this must be done before painting new galvanised steel.
• Mordants Solution will improve adhesion of coating systems.
• This T Wash can be used on zinc and galvanised substrates such as handrailings, pipings, lighting columns and structural steel.
