Acrypol Zinc Phosphate Primer is primarily made of zinc resins and is designed for use on rusty surfaces, before applying Acrypol plus. Acrypol Zinc Phosphate Primer offers an excellent under coat and provides a very effective adhesive base.
Acrypol Zinc Phosphate Primer is ideal for use on surfaces which need to be primed for the application of Acrypol. It is ideal for use in construction and industrial environments that have been exposed to the elements and have rusty surfaces, due to atmospheric corrosion.
Acrypol Zinc Phosphate Primer can be applied with a brush or roller. The theoretical coverage rate is 5 square metres per litre. Acrypol Zinc Phosphate Primer is easy to apply and has good flow properties which assist the handling properties.
Surface and Environment
Acrypol Zinc Phosphate Primer offers good adhesion for Acrypol and is designed to protect and prepare the surface for ideal application of Acrypol. Acrypol Zinc Phosphate Primer can be used externally and is ideal for use on flat roofs as part of an ultra protective system to protect the surface from weathering and UV light.
