Rustoleum Paracem Quartz is a dispersion paint for internal and external use with a fine quartz finish.

Best Uses

Rustoleum Paracem Quartz is ideal for the protection of old deteriorated or cracked walls. It is also ideal for the protection of concrete cell blocks against weather influences.

Application

Cell concrete blocks: Prime with Mathys Pegafix or Rustoleum Primer 44HS.

For Walls in poor condition: Remove all old coatings or bad plasterwork. Sand/treat the wall with a wire brush to remove all loose particles. Repair all damaged parts with a cement mortar or Mathys Pegacrete. Small repairs can be treated with a mix of Paracem Quartz filled with dry sharp sand. All repairs should be primed with Mathys Pegafix. Fill up holes and seal joints or fissures with Mathys Elastofill.

New walls/masonry: If possible wait 1 year before treatment. The substrate must be sufficiently dry and stable and no bleeding of nitric acid should be visible.
Brush dry and dust, then apply a coat of Mathys Pegafix or Rustoleum Primer 44HS.

To ensure homogeneity, coating materials should be thoroughly stirred prior to use.
