Product Description

Sika Sikafloor 91 is an epoxy resin based mortar for patching and screeding industrial floors that are subject to heavy traffic.

Best Uses

Sika Sikafloor 91 is a three component coloured, solvent-free, epoxy resin based mortar for patching and screeding industrial floors, which are subject to heavy traffic.

Sikafloor-91 is suitable for industrial and commercial flooring in locations such as warehouses, workshops, chemical, pharmaceutical, water treatment plants, breweries and steel works.

Application

Concrete surfaces must be mechanically prepared, using abrasive blast cleaning or scarifying equipment to remove cement laitance and ensure an open textured surface. Sika Silkafloor 91 is a three component system and the Product Data Sheet should be read, prior to commencement, to ensure the correct preparation, adhesion and moisture restraints are observed.

Surface and Environment

Concrete substrates must be sound and of sufficient compressive strength. They must be clean, dry and free of all contaminants such as dirt, oil, grease, coatings and surface treatments, etc. This resin coating provides a high strength resistance to the mechanical and chemical abrasion that is a product of industrial and commercial environments.
