Oil Technics Concrete Block Driveway Cleaner OT8

Oil Technics OT8 Concrete Driveway Cleaner cleans mineral oil stains, grease and hydrocarbon products from floors, concrete patios, forecourts, block paving driveways and equipment.

NEW FORMULATION

Oil Technics OT8 Driveway Cleaner is a biological oil stain remover that rapidly removes and digests mineral oil stains from hard surfaces and block paving. OT8 Driveway Cleaner, for driveways and patios, is not suitable for use on tarmac or asphalt driveways. It uses enhanced bacterial degradation to remove oil, grease and other hydrocarbon products.

Best Uses

Oil Technics OT8 is best used for on porous concrete block work driveways and patios for the removal of tough stains. It contains a blend of biological enzymes and bacteria to digest and remove oil stains, offering a clean and natural looking surface again. Oil Technics OT8 Driveway Cleaner is ideal to clean off any oil residue prior to application of floor or Driveway Paint.

Also suitable for cleaning oils from concrete floors, concrete airport runways and patios.

OT8 is not suitable for use on tarmac or asphalt surfaces. Not designed for use on removing stains of hydraulic fluid, wood, synthetic or mineral oils. This product is not formulated for use on very porous surfaces such as sandstone.

Application

Shake container well. Water wet the oil stain before applying OT8. Brush into the stain using a soft brush until OT8 changes colour from off-white to brown. Leave for 20 minutes and water rinse. Approximately 1 litre of OT8 treats 1 square metre.

Note: On old, weathered and ingrained oil stains, the oil stain may “re-appear”. This is because the bacteria in OT8 keep working after application to bring the ingrained oil to the surface: it may be necessary for OT8 to be applied more than once.
