Product Description

Bedec Blockfill a high build obliterating masonry paint for internal walls formulated to provide a smooth surface in lieu of the expense of rendering and plastering.

Bedec Blockfill is a high build obliterating water based masonry paint for internal walls. Designed to infill block and brickwork and renovate acoustic ceiling tiles, Blockfill gives a smoother surface where the cost of rendering and plastering is prohibitive. With just one coat usually all that is required, Blockfill is ideal for use on factory, warehouse stockroom walls as well as stables, barns and agricultural buildings.

Best Uses

Bedec Blockfill is best used as a cost-effective way of providing brickwork and other walls with a smooth surface without the need for rendering and plastering. All you will need when using Bedec Blockfill is one coat in most circumstances, as it offers excellent adhesion and pigmentation. Bedec Blockfill has a good coverage rate of 6-10 m2 per litre and is available in 20 litre tubs for large coverage.

Application

Bedec Blockfill can be applied using brush, spray or roller for quick and easy application. Small tricky areas should be applied using a brush and larger surface areas with a spray or roller. After just one hour Bedec Blockfill will be touch dry and ready to recoat after 4 hours, if necessary. After just one night being left to cure, Bedec Blockfill will be fully cured, and you will be left with your desired effect.

Surface and Environment

Bedec Blockfill should be applied onto bare block work or acoustic ceiling tiles. When painting other substrates make sure you prime first with good quality water based primer and thin the first coat with 10% water. Bedec Blockfill is designed for use in internal environments.
