Product Description

Centrecoat Crack Filler is for repairing cracks in concrete floors, warehouse floors, loading bays, paths, walkways, brickwork and masonry. It is a rapid curing, low viscosity epoxy resin, suitable for low temperatures.

Best Uses

Centrecoat Crack Filler is ideal for rapid repairs to concrete floors, warehouse floors, ramps, steps, brickwork and masonry. It is also used for filling voids in areas where little or no movement is anticipated. Water and weather resistant, Centrecoat Crack Filler is suitable for use on damp or dry surfaces.

Application

Surfaces to be treated need to be clean, sound and free from contaminants. Pour the curing agent into the base container and mix thoroughly (preferably using a mechanical mixer) until a uniform consistency is achieved. If you intend to part mix, you should use the ratio of 3 volumes Base to 1 volume Curing Agent. This must be done with care.

Once thoroughly mixed, apply the Centrecoat Crack Filler by gravity feed or by gunning or pumping into cracks. For filling voids and craters, simply fill by pouring.

Once the resin has cured, it can be ground down to a level finish, or topped up if the level sinks.
