Centrecoat R14 Rust Stain Remover is designed to remove rust stains from delicate surfaces, when other rust removers cannot be used due to their corrosive nature.
Centrecoat Rust Stain Remover is highly concentrated and efficient at removing rust and oxidisation from marble, stone, wood, paint, fibreglass, and concrete. With a neutral pH, allows a wider range of uses that other products of its type. Non-acid rust remover converts rust compounds in to water soluble solution, that will change colour on activation, can be simply rinsed away with clean water.
Test first on the surface is essential to establish the correct dwell time. This will ensure the underlying substrate is not affected. Shake well prior to use and apply neat to a dry surface. Leave to react for 10 minutes for light staining, or for heavy staining up to 2 hours. Once applied do not let the product dry out, reapply if the surface becomes dry. Rinse clean with plenty of water, for best results use diluted with cold water. Clean tools in water.
