Nullifire S605 Intumescent Basecoat is a single pack, solvent based intumescent coating for internal and external structural steel fire protection.

Best Uses

Nullifire S605 Intumescent Basecoat provides effective structural fire protection for steelwork, ranging from 60 minutes to 120 minutes depending on loadings. This system is suitable for universal and hollow steel sections. Nullifire S605 is available in a very pale green colour. For long term durability and external use, a compatible Nullifire top sealer is required.

Suitable for both internal and external structural steel.

Application

Apply on steel between 5 - 35°C - air temperature should be within these figures also. Please contact our technical team for loadings information to ensure your project is sufficiently protected against fire for the times recommended by building control. Apply using either airless spray equipment, brush or roller following the data sheets found on the technical tab.
