Owatrol Metal

Rust is the enemy of metal, water penetrates the metal and reacts with the air, Owatrol realized that by producing an oil that would push the moisture out of the metal the rusting process would slow or even stop. Owatrol Oil does just that, it can be applied directly to the surface or added to the paint (excluding paints that contain hot solvents like xylene). Owatrol CIP is a red oxide primer that contains Owatrol Oil converting the existing rust and stopping new rust. Owatrol also offer Rustol Deco, Owatrol AP60 and Deco Multi-Surface Paint these top coats offer unique wetting and penetrating properties to completely saturate residual rust, penetrating the deepest pores of the metal, stabilising the surface and drive out moisture and air to form a solid stable layer.
