PPG Sigmaguard 603 is a two component, solvent free, amine cured epoxy coating for use as a chemical resistant, surface tolerant tank lining.

Best Uses

PPG Sigmaguard 603 is best used as a chemical resistant, surface tolerant tank lining suitable for chemical or petrochemical tanks for offshore, marine dry docks, inland marine or sea stores. PPG Sigmagard 603 is tolerant to marginal surface preparation, with good corrosion resistance, reduced explosion risk and fire hazard with good visability due to it's light colour.

Application

If supplying to steel, ensure the substrate is blast cleaned to ISO Sa2 1/2 blasting profile 50 - 100 micons. Suitable primer PPG Sigmacover 280. Suitable for damp surfaces. Applying using airless spray or brush/roller for stripe coating or spot repair. See product data sheet for further information.
