SigmaTherm 230 is a two component high build heat resistant phenolic epoxy coating designed for use under insulation systems to provide heat protection of up to 230 degrees Celsius.
No only does this fantastic product protect surfaces against heat but works to prevent the potential of corrosion in moisture conditions too.
SigmaTherm 230 is a high performance, heat resistant product that provides protection to a variety of metal substrates. SigmaTherm 230 is ideally suited for application to pipes, radiators and low heat engines to aid the protection of the surface and surrounding area.
SigmaTherm 230 should be applied using a spray gun to improve the appearance of the surface but can be applied using brush or roller for touch ups too. After 2-3 hours you will be provided with a touch dry surface ready for a recoating after 8 hours. Once dry SigmaTherm 230 offers you a highly decorative and protective coating in either grey or pink and has great application properties, ideal for creating a smooth layer with mechanical strength.
