Rustoleum Mathys Paracem Deco Primer is a water based acrylic internal wall and ceiling primer for the Rustolum Mathys Paracem Deco range of products.
Rustoleum Mathys Paracem Deco Primer is a water-based primer based on acrylic dispersions. It neutralises differences in the absorption characteristics of the substrate. Rustoleum Mathys Paracem Deco Primer is suitable internally on various porous, unpainted surfaces (for example brick, slab work, concrete) before finishing them off with water-based paints.
- Reinforces the substrate and reduces absorption
- Neutralises differences in absorption characteristics
- Prevents differences in the glossiness of the topcoat
- Very good hiding characteristics
- Improves topcoat adhesion
Clean the substrate and remove all grease. Paracem Deco Primer may be directly applied over lightly porous substrates and old, cleaned paint layers if they are in good condition. Highly porous substrates, smooth plaster and water-resistant gypsum board: use Rustoleum Pegafix in 1 or 2 layers of Paracem Deco Primer. Use Rustoleum Pegaprim Isofix or Rustoleum Pegamat RL to insulate water spots or nicotine stains.
To ensure homogeneity, coating materials should be thoroughly stirred prior to use.
