Best Uses
Hempel Hempalin Undercoat 42460 is suitable as a general purpose undercoating in alkyd paint systems on exterior and interior steelwork, wood, plaster, etc. in a mildly to moderately corrosive environment.
Application
Preparation depends on specification. Apply only on a dry and clean surface with a temperature above the dew point to avoid condensation. In confined spaces, provide adequate ventilation during application and drying. Hempel Hempalin Primer is the recommended preceding coat, with Hempel Hempalin Enamel as the subsequent coat.
