Prior to application, the surfaces must be cleaned of all contaminants such as dust, dirt, grease and salts. The two adhesive components should be used immediately after mixing as the pot life is 20 minutes (at 20°C). The mixed Epok Tread 9020 Tile Bedding Compound is poured onto the substrate and spread using a trowel, float or comb. This Compound is also used to grout the tiles. Please read the technical data sheets for full preparation and application methods.
PPG Epok Tread 9020 Tile System can be used in extreme environments. It inhibits rust corrosion, can be applied to damp surfaces and has a rapid application and return to service time. PPG Epok Tread 9020 Tile System is suitable for application to steel, aluminium, concrete and existing coatings (providing the correct preparation has taken place).
