PPG SigmaLine 859 Repair is a two component high solids brushable polyurethane tar coating that has been designed to provide a repair system for SigmaLine 859.

SigmaLine 859 Repair is a fast curing product ideal for minimising downtime saving time and money at the same time.

Best Uses

PPG SigmaLine 859 Repair is ideal for providing abrasion resistance, water resistance and corrosion resistance and offers excellent adhesion with a black glossy finish. SigmaLine 859 Repair has been produced to provide a low cost solution to surfaces coated with 859 and saves time and money for those responsible of the maintenance of pipelines.

Application

PPG SigmaLine 859 Repair should be applied using paint brush for direct application to surfaces coated with SigmaLine 859 and is touch dry after 2 hours.

Surface and Environment

PPG SigmaLine 859 Repair has been specifically designed for use on the externals of pipelines and underground storage tanks that have been coated with SigmaLine 859 and require protection against abrasion, water and corrosion.
