PPG SigmaLine 855 Repair is a two component solvent borne brushable polyurethane repair coating designed for repairing the coating of SigmaLine 855.

SigmaLine 855 Repair has the same protective properties of 855 and works to resist against water, chemicals, abrasion and impact.

Best Uses

PPG SigmaLine 855 Repair is best used to provide an easy repair system for surfaces coated with SigmaLine 855. SigmaLine 855 Repair offers easy field weld repair to aid the job of those who are responsible for the condition of pipelines.

Application

PPG SigmaLine 855 Repair is designed for application using a brush, and has a theoretical coverage rate of 1.9m2 per litre, per coat. After 2-3 hours you repair coating will be dry to touch and reaches full cure after 5 days to provide added to protection.

Surface and Environment

PPG SigmaLine 855 Repair can be applied to steel and blasted steel that has been cleaned and prepared properly. Surfaces coated with SigmaLine 855 rarely become faulty but when damages occur then Promain offers you an innovative repair system at a low cost for amending the damaged substrate.
