Rustoleum Galva Zinc 2120 500ml Aerosol Spray contains pure zinc and aluminium pigmentation and offers the appearance of a new metallic galvanised steel finish.

Rustoleum Galva Zinc 2120 500ml Aerosol Spray is part of our Metal Primer range, and offers excellent drying time and contains pure zinc and aluminium as pigmentation. Hard Hat Galva Plus Zinc Primer has an appearance similar to new galvanised steel giving the effect of a metallic finish.

Best Uses

Rust-Oleum Hard Hat Galva Plus 2120 Spray is a fast drying zinc/aluminium coating based on an epoxy ester resin. Rustoleum Galva Zinc 2120 500ml Aerosol Spray is intended for use as a single coat in light industrial exposures and corrosive environments and is suitable to use for touching up small areas of galvanised steel surfaces.

Application

Rustoleum Galva Zinc 2120 500ml Aerosol Sprayy should be shaken vigorously for at least one minute before use until the rattle of mixing is heard. When applying the product make sure you hold parallel to the surface at approximately 25cm away. Keep shaking the can throughout use. Use a back and forth motion when applying the spray. After you have finished your coating you can clean the valve by turning the can upside down and holding the spray button for 3-5 seconds.

It resists 310 hours of salt spray testing (DIN 500210 SS).
Rust-Oleum Hard Hat Galva Plus has lower zinc contents and more aluminium.
