Recoat Anti Graffiti High Gloss is a clear 2k water-borne coating with anti graffiti characteristics, that is suitable for various substrates to make graffiti removal easier.
Recoat AG Gloss has excellent adhesive properties. After proper pretreatment (depending on the substrate), the original colour will become visible and a permanent, transparent protective layer with a high surface tension will form. The coating thereby protects substrates from persistent weather effects and dirt adhesion and, as such, is very easy to clean. In addition, graffiti can’t attach to the surface and is therefore really easy to clean.
Recoat AG Gloss is also highly resistant to chemicals.
Recoat AG Gloss can be applied to many types of synthetics, aluminium (coated of untreated) and façade cladding. It can also be applied to substrates covered with stickers, like road signs, advertising signs and overhead doors. Recoat products are not permeable to water vapour and are therefore not applicable to wood exterior like façade frames and other breathing substrates.
Recoat coatings are applicable in many sectors, including real estate, infrastructure engineering and civil engineering. Due to its simplicity, the Recoat system is a sustainable and less expensive alternative for the maintenance of many types of substrates.
Recoat Anti Graffiti products are easy to apply and highly dirt-repellent and water repellent and therefore very easy to clean. In addition, the coatings are highly
resistant to chemicals and rust-preventing. Graffiti is very easy to remove from the coating by using Recoat Graffiti Remover.
You are advised to always perform a test application to the concerning substrate. No residue should remain after cleaning. Rinsing is therefore very important.
Any problems are almost always the result of insufficient cleaning or the use of the wrong materials. The system warranty will cease to apply in all of these cases. The final result depends on the treatment and the condition of the substrate.

The manufacturers data sheets are available for download from this website. It is your responsibility to read and understand all aspects of the data sheets before you place an order and prior to application. Please pay special attention to the preparation, mixing and application temperatures of the product, cleaning of substrate and environmental factors such as temperature, rain etc. Quoted coverage rates are based on the manufacturers theoretical rates and may vary depending upon substrates absorption, texture and application. We always recommend a test is carried out to ensure suitability.
Customer further agrees that Promain have no liability for any errors or omissions contained within the Product Data Sheets and are not liable for failure due to misapplication or inadequate substrate cleaning and preparation. For more information please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
