Remmers Epoxy Color Top
Remmers Epoxy Color Top is a pigmented topcoat for blinded car park deck coatings. Available in a range of stock grey colours. Tintable to special colours upon request.
Best Uses
Remmers Epoxy Color Top is formulated for use as the topcoat in the Remmers Deck OS 8 and Deck OS 8 classic systems, the topcoat in the Remmers Deck OS 11a-II and OS 11b-II systems and the topcoat in the Remmers Deck OS 14 system in accordance with the maintenance guideline (draft 2016).

Application
The substrate must be firm, dimensionally stable, capable of bearing loads and free of loose constituents, dust, oil, grease, rubber marks and other substances that could interfere with adhesion. Suitable substrates are Remmers epoxy, and polyurethane base layers fully broadcast with quartz sand. For the Remmers Deck OS systems, see the applicable instructions for use.
Add the entire quantity of the hardener (component B) to the basic compound (component A). Mix thoroughly with a slow-speed electric mixer (approx. 300 - 400 rpm).
Pour the mixture into a separate container and mix again thoroughly. Mix for at least 3 minutes. Insufficient mixing is indicated by streaks forming.
As soon as the mixture is ready to use, apply it in full to the prepared surface and spread it using suitable tools. Working time is approx 25 minutes at 20°C.
