Remmers Epoxy Flex PH is a 2 part, solvent free, self levelling coating for floors such as mechanically loaded surfaces subject to foot and vehicle traffic.
Remmers Epoxy Flex PH is to be used for concrete surfaces or cementitious screeds that may crack or are submitted to mechanical and chemical loads like parking garages.
- With static crack-bridging ability
- Can be subjected to mechanical loads
- Can be subjected to chemical loads
- Suitable for hand pallet trucks and forklift trucks
- Physiologically harmless once fully cured
The substrate must be firm, dimensionally stable, capable of bearing loads and free of loose constituents, dust, oil, grease, rubber marks and other substances that could interfere with adhesion. The adhesive pull strength of the surface after priming must be at least 1.5 N/mm² on average (smallest single value mind. 1.0 N/mm²), compressive strength at least 25 N/mm². A suitable Remmers epoxy primer or epoxy scratch coat must absolutely be used. Mix for at least 3 minutes using a paddle mix at low speed - approx 300 - 400rpm.
As soon as the mixture is ready to use, apply it in full to the prepared surface and spread it using suitable tools. Pour the material onto the prepared substrate and then distribute with suitable means, e.g. a toothed trowel or toothed squeegee. Subsequently work over with a looped or a spiked roller. The application rate depends on the substrate, temperature, required coating thickness, and optical requirements.
Temperature of material, surroundings and substrate: min. +10°C - max. +30°C. After application, protect the surface for at least 48 hours from exposure to water and moisture. Relative humidity should not exceed 80%.

The manufacturers data sheets are available for download from this website. It is your responsibility to read and understand all aspects of the data sheets before you place an order and prior to application. Please pay special attention to the preparation, mixing and application temperatures of the product, cleaning of substrate and environmental factors such as temperature, rain etc. Quoted coverage rates are based on the manufacturers theoretical rates and may vary depending upon substrates absorption, texture and application. We always recommend a test is carried out to ensure suitability.
Customer further agrees that Promain have no liability for any errors or omissions contained within the Product Data Sheets and are not liable for failure due to misapplication or inadequate substrate cleaning and preparation. For more information please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
