Rustoleum Anti Slip Aerosols offer a slip resistant finish to steps and ramps etc.
Rustoleum Anti Slip Aerosols are based on a fast drying acrylic modified short oil alkyd. The products are based on lead and chromate free pigments and contain a special anti-slip additive.
What is it best used for?
Rustoleum Anti Slip Aerosol Paint should be applied on metal, concrete, ceramic and wood surfaces or properly prepared painted substrates. Steel should be primed with 2169 or 2182. Rustoleum Anti Slip 2400 are intended for small maintenance jobs or touch ups. Rustoleum Aerosol should be used for interior and exterior in light industrial exposures where anti slip characteristics are required.
How to apply the product
Remove cover cap. Shake vigorously for at least one minute after the rattle of mixing ball is heard. Shake frequently during use. Hold can roughly 25cm from the surface, and ensure that the can is in motion when you press the spray button to avoid runs. Apply several thin layers allowing a few minutes intervals in between each layer in order to achieve adequate coating thickness. After use, turn the can upside down and press the spray button for 2-3 seconds to clean the valve.
