Scotchkote CSM 658 Poly-Tech is a high performance, elastomeric, water-based, acrylic coating, specifically developed to provide a waterproofing membrane on all types of roof surfaces, especially Flat Roofs.
Scotchkote CSM 658 Poly-Tech is an industry leading finishing product, manufactured for use on flat roof surfaces, over an appropriate primer. 658 Poly-Tech is available in Mid Grey, Light Grey, Mid Green, Red and White, offering great application characteristics and a minimum of 10 years protection.
Scotchkote CSM 658 Poly-Tech can be applied using brush or roller with a theoretical coverage rate of 3.3m2 per litre at 180 microns dft. Available in 20 litre containers for an overall coverage of approximately 60-66m2 per container. This great product has quick drying capabilities and is dry to touch after just 1-2 hours under normal, dry, atmospheric conditions.
Surface and Environment
Scotchkote CSM 658 Poly-Tech is highly suited for use over an appropriate primer that has been applied to asphalt, felt or porous mineral flat roof surfaces. Once applied, 658 Poly-Tech offers excellent weathering protection and protects the surface from water damage as well as the potential of leakages.
