PPG SigmaFast 302 is a two component silicate zinc epoxy primer that offers excellent anti corrosive properties, suitable for use on metal substrates that need protection.
SigmaFast 302 is best used to provide a fast curing, fast handling, priming coat to a variety of different surfaces in light industrial and commercial environments. SigmaFast 302 works to reduce the risk of mud cracking.
SigmaFast 302 can be applied using spray, brush or roller and has an ultra fast drying time of just 10 minutes at 20°C and can be recoated after just 40 minutes making it one of Promain's fastest 2 coat products available for purchase. SigmaFast 302 has an overall theoretical coverage rate of 45-50m2 per 4 litre container.
Surface and Environment
SigmaFast 302 can be used internally or externally in atmospheric conditions where corrosion resistance is of high importance and a blue green or grey flat finish is desired.

The manufacturers data sheets are available for download from this website. It is your responsibility to read and understand all aspects of the data sheets before you place an order and prior to application. Please pay special attention to the preparation, mixing and application temperatures of the product, cleaning of substrate and environmental factors such as temperature, rain etc. Quoted coverage rates are based on the manufacturers theoretical rates and may vary depending upon substrates absorption, texture and application. We always recommend a test is carried out to ensure suitability.
Customer further agrees that Promain have no liability for any errors or omissions contained within the Product Data Sheets and are not liable for failure due to misapplication or inadequate substrate cleaning and preparation. For more information please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
