Owatrol Soapclean

Owatrol Soapclean is a gentle, natural cleaner with powerful degreasing properties that removes dirt and soiling from the surface without damaging it.

Best Uses

Owatrol Soapclean is best used for cleaning varnished and oiled surfaces but can also be used for cleaning traditional lacquered and pre-finished wooden flooring. This product is extremely economical, cost effective and is safe to use by all domestic users. With a non slip formula and pleasant smell, Owatrol Soapclean is ideal for general cleaning duties around the home. Easy to use, with a pleasant low odour its’ non aggressive action makes it ideal for cleaning surfaces with a delicate finish.

Application

Cover everything you do not wish to clean. People with damaged or sensitive skin should wear protective gloves. Apply between 5°C and 35°C. Do not apply in direct sunlight or to hot surfaces. Work large areas in zones. When applying by spray, adjust nozzle to prevent formation of a mist.

Brush or vacuum off any loose dirt and dust. Remove any organic surface growth e.g. moss.

Dilution Rates

• Interior Flooring - 2 capfuls of Owatrol Soapclean per 10Ltrs of water (preferably lukewarm)
• Exterior Wood - 4 capfuls of Owatrol Soapclean per 10Ltrs of water (preferably lukewarm)
• DO NOT use undiluted

Interior Flooring
Clean floor with diluted Owatrol Soapclean using a wrung out mop, sponge or cloth. Allow to dry.

Exterior Wood
Apply diluted Owatrol Soapclean to the surface being cleaned. Allow to work 10-15 minutes. Do not allow solution to dry on the surface while working. Clean surface with the appropriate tool. Rinse thoroughly with fresh clean water using a hose, pressure washer or bucket and sponge (change water regularly). Allow to dry. If required repeat process.

Surface and Environment

Owatrol Soapclean is primarily designed for use on wooden flooring but can also be applied to wooden substitutes such as laminate, veneer, melamine and vinyl flooring. Owatrol Soapclean is ideal for everyday cleaning in dry internal conditions and works to maintain the surfaces natural beauty and protect its original colouring and finish.
