Owatrol ESP Easy Surface Prep
Easy Surface Prep or ESP for short. ESP is an easy to use product. This makes it easy for you to be able to paint over any shiny or non-porous surface, using oil or water-based paint. You will no longer have to strip and sand the surfaces, this will save you time and energy. The ESP is a colorless and odorless formula. It will not warp the existing base or other previous coatings that have been applied.
You can use this product directly from the bottle. Simply wipe it on with a cloth, brush or even a roller. Once it has been applied, let it rest for 5 minutes before wiping off the excess product. Wait for at least 2 hours, since this will allow it to fully dry. After the ESP has dried you have up to a week to paint on your shiny surface. If you do not get the time to paint it during that time frame, you can always repeat the process.
There is an endless amount of things that you use the ESP on. Here are a few examples:
- Repaint all your kitchen cupboard and drawers without spending a small fortune. Using the ESP will also help eliminate the need to strip and sand them, which will save you time.

Owatrol Floetrol
The decorating industry’s best kept secret is Floetrol. Floetrol is a paint additive, that is able to improve the flow of paint. It can be added to all water-based paints. Adding this will make the paint flow easily and making any painting job a simple taste. This will result in a smaller number of visible brush marks. Floetrol will improve the quality of the paint finish for every level of painter, even the novices. We know that adding things into the paint can cause some unforeseen complications. Owatrol’s Emulsa Bond is a great all in one bonding primer and first coat of paint. This bonding agent can be used on porous or powdery surfaces. It works as a water-based paint additive, that eliminates the need to prime your painting surface. This is will save you a lot of time and energy.
The Emulsa Bond has the ability to act as a stabilizer, that is able to penetrate deep into any surface. This makes it easy for the bond to soak into the surface which means that you no longer need a primer. It also has the ability to help prevent peeling and flaking from happening.
