Promain are the largest UK distributors of industrial paints and coating based in Hitchin less than 30 miles north of London. Promain have been trained by many of the worlds most respected industrial and DIY paint manufactures and are able to provide painting specifications to architects, contractors and home owners.

Promain regularly supply a range of paints, coatings and repair materials to a host of well respected companies and contractors that have undergone manufacturers training thoughout the whole of the UK.

Introduction

D&D Rail Ltd work in partnership on many contracts direct with Network Rail Ltd, London Underground Ltd, Transport for London and Tube Lines Ltd. These are the main companies tasked with the ongoing refurbishment and maintenance of the entire Network Rail and London Underground Networks. Activities include new builds and extensive refurbishment and maintenance work. Our Head Offices are situated in Basildon, Essex. Head office functions include pre-contract planning, surveying, estimating, formal tendering, contract review, procurement and financial activities.

Construction projects are actioned on client sites, as defined within the applicable contractual specifications.The company has built a reputation for quality workmanship and reliability, with ever increasing emphasis being placed on project service and process quality to ensure client satisfaction. The company is committed to continuous improvement as a means of developing the procedures in place to ensure the client’s requirements are always satisfied and often exceeded.

We are a FIRAS and ICATS accredited Contractor as well as being a SIKA and Kemwell approved applicator. Our railway expertise offers a full package to our clients from initial meetings at design stage offering professional advice and solutions, ongoing project management, and on-site management of all trades through to end delivery of project.
