Our service has been developed around the residents and communities we live and work in, and we take a personal approach to working with property agents, surveyors and resident representatives. Able to work as principal contractor or as a specialist painting and decorating contractor we deliver projects with our own workforce. Disruption and costs are reduced through utilisation of our fleet of mobile work platforms and welfare units as well as through our ability to offer innovative solutions through abseiling, high level video inspection & cleaning.

Health & Care Homes
K&M McLoughlin have established a number of initiatives and provide ongoing training to all operatives to ensure they can demonstrate empathy and sensitivity and are able to raise any concerns over people or safety in an appropriate way.
As part of our internal processes K&M McLoughlin provide a full review of the specification and finishing schedule and are able to advise via early engagement with the delivery and design team on any concerns and innovations identified. This is particularly important with regards to hygiene and durability as the consequences of mistakes impact directly on the health and wellbeing of patients.
In addition to the process above and as part of our Risk Assessment and Method Statement specialist considerations for vulnerable residents will be identified and practices and sequencing developed to minimise disruption.
