Mapei produce their popular products Mapei Silancolor as a mould and algae resistant paint known as Mapei Silancolor Plus. Alternatively, another single pack paint available is the Sikagard 405W and 406W this was better known as Liquid Plastics Sterisheen, Steridex and Sterimatt. These coatings provide both matt and gloss options assuring that the finish is not compromised when a tough and durable coating is required. Both these water based coating provide excellent long term protection.
