Wagner Spraytech are part of the Wagner Group of companies with it's headquarters based in Altstatten in Switzerland. The Wagner Group was founded over 60 years ago and employ over 1300 staff in 20 countries worldwide. Josef Wagner, the founder of the company, set up the non-profit making Josef Wagner Foundation in Friedrichshafen in 1972 and by 1986 had gradually transferred all his shares in the company to this. In addition to this, he named the Josef Wagner Foundation as his sole heir.
