Application
The substrate must be absorbent. Check that the surface to be coated is aborbant and has not been previously sealed by other coatings. If the surface has previously been painted or varnished, this will need to be removed completely by sanding back to the original surface, prior to using Zeroflame Treatment.
Zeroflame Treatment can be applied by brush, roller or spray. Test on a small area first to ensure finish is acceptable.
Where a final decorative finish is required, the substrate must be fully dry before over coating. We advise checking the moisture content of the substrate prior to application and applying top coat to manufacturer’s instructions. A small area of the substrate should be tested for compatibility before the full final coat is applied.
