Application

Surface must be clean and dry. Employ adequate methods to remove dirt, dust, oil and all other contaminants that could interfere with adhesion of the coating, in accordance with SSPC-SP 1 and follow the guidelines below.

Clean and lightly sand or abrade to roughen and de-gloss the surface. Existing coating must attain a minimum 3A rating in accordance with ASTM D3359 adhesion test. Apply over clean, dry primers or intermediate coats as recommended by Carboline / our Technical Team.

Power mix part A and part B separately, then combine and power mix. DO NOT MIX PARTIAL KITS. Pot life is 4 hours at 23°C (75°F) and less at higher temperatures. Pot life ends when coating becomes too viscous to use. This product is moisture sensitive. Avoid moisture contamination.

Apply via airless spray. Use brush or roller for small, difficult to reach areas.
