Product Description
Teknos Anti-Stain Aqua 5210 is a water borne industrial knot spot primer for new exterior wood such as windows and doors.
Best Uses
Teknos Anti-Stain Aqua 5210 effectively reduces yellowing from knots and helps reduce staining from woods with high resinous content such as Western Redwood, Cedar, etc. Teknos Anti-Stain Aqua 5210 is suitable as a knot spot primer.
Application
The wood must be clean and free from wood dust and contamination. The moisture content of the wood should be approx. 13 % and should not exceed 15%.
All softwood for exterior use should either be vacuum impregnated or treated with a wood preservative.
Apply via airmix (aircoat) or airless by hand or in automatic spraying equipment. The product is delivered ready for use. Stir the product well before use.
Primed parts must always be protected with a topcoat treatment before they are exposed to the influence of the weather.
