Sports-Cote Water Based Polyurethane Line Paint is a single pack water based paint designed for application to polymeric, wood, PVC and rubber substrates Granwoood Flooring and squash court walls. It is ideal for use in Sports Halls and also for line marking on various different sports courts (as mentioned previously). Sports Cote Water Based Polyurethane Line Paint is available in smooth grade and can be used on various different substrates.

Application

Surfaces must be abraded to provide adequate key before application. Sports-Cote Water Based Polyurethane Line Paint can be applied by brush or roller, but ideally should be used in conjunction with some sort of line marking machine in order to achieve the best results. Sports Cote Water Based Polyurethane Line Paint is available in 5kg tubs in 4 different colours plus black or white. Make sure all surfaces are sound, clean and dry before you start the application process.

Sports Cote Water Based Polyurethane Line Paint is best suited for use in indoor environments such as sports courts where line marking is used. Sports Cote Line Paint can be used on wood, PVC, (Granwood Flooring) and other rubber substrates offering excellent slip resistance.

Theoretical Coverage:	At a line width of 50mm, 25-50 linear metres/kg.
Application Temp:	Apply in fine, dry weather when ambient temperature is higher than 5°C and likely to remain so for 6-7 hours after application
Touch Dry:	2-4 hours at 20°C
Overcoatable:	Once the first coat is touch dry, the second coat can be applied
Fully Cured:	72 hours approx at 20°C
Slip Resistance:	Meets with the “wet and “dry” requirements of the ITF (60) and AENA (75)
Cleaner / Thinner:	Can be thinned with cool clean water up to a maximum of 10% by volume. Accurate metering is essential to ensure a uniform finish.
Shelf Life:	12 months in original, unopened packaging.
