Bird Brand Superior Clear Wood Preserver is both a wood preserver and a woodworm killer. It is water based and dries clear, making it perfect for over coating with paints and primers. Equally, it can be left unfinished or used just to kill woodworm.
Best Uses
Superior Clear Wood Preserver can be used as a clear primer to preserve before overcoating or as a remedial to eradicate woodworm and other wood boring insects. Also prevents fungal attack. For use on structural timbers outside the internal living space. Contains 3 active ingredients that are designed to prevent and eradicate wood boring insects, mould, dry rot and wet rot. Being water based the product still penetrates but is much more pleasant to use and virtually odourless. Superior Clear Wood Preserver & Woodworm Killer is also HSE approved. Over paintable with a full range of top coats.
Application
Bird Brand Superior Clear Wood Preserver can be applied with a brush, spray or by dipping and can be over-painted, stained or varnished and ensures a lasting finish.
