Hempel Hempacore One FD 43601
Hempel Hempacore One FD 43601 is a one component, solvent-borne, fast drying intumescent coating for passive fire protection of structural steel against cellulosic fires in a wide range of fire durations.
Best Uses
Hempel Hempacore One FD is suitable for intumescent fire protection on structural steel in interior and exterior conditions, up to Type X (EAD350402-00-1106) and C4 conditions (ISO 12944-2). Suitable for I section beams, H columns, hollow sections and cellular beams. Also formulated as a repair and touch-up coating for damaged areas of freshly applied Hempacore One FD.
Benefits from being 12 months weather resistant without topcoat provided that coating is sufficiently dried, applied according to the Application Instructions sheet and not exposed to condensation, running or pooling water.
Suitable for in-shop and on-site applications, interior and exterior use.
