LRS Karnak 19 Ultra Instant Roof Repair is a next generation rubberised bitumen for instant roof repair, that even works underwater.

Karnak Ultra 19 provides a durable elastomeric roof sealant with great strength, excellent adhesion and high resistance to water and weathering. Suitable for use on masonry, steel, cured concrete, shingles and asphalt roofs.

Liquid Roof Systems Karnak 19 Ultra is an ideal roof repair system for dealing with leaks in concrete, metal or asphalt roofs, SBS and APP modifed bitumen membranes flashings on walls, chimneys, flues, skylight flashings, downspouts and cornices.

Karnak Ultra 19 is also excellent for sealing cracks in concrete and brick, as a joint filler for precast roof slabs, for repair, patch and flashing detail on SBS and APP modified membranes, and for general purpose use in maintenance of exposed buildings and structures.

Application

Designed for application onto most surfaces without needing a primer. Suitable to repair damaged or failing roofs, constructed from felt, asphalt, metal, GRP, OSB3, concrete, masonry, and single ply.

A primer may be required on some surfaces. Please consult our Technical Team for full details.

All surfaces should be clean and free from oil, grease, dust, dirt, loose paint or other contaminants. Excess water should be removed if possible before the application of Karnak 19 Ultra.

Spread Karnak 19 Ultra via trowel and press tightly into joints, seams or cracks to an average thickness of 2 litres per m2.

To repair cracks, breaks or blisters, spread Karnak 19 Ultra over the damaged area at an average thickness of 1 litre per m2. Embed Karnak 19 Ultra Reinforcement Tape into the wet coatings.
Immediately apply a second coat at a coverage rate of 1 litre per m2.
