Rustoleum Non-Skid Additive is a product based on thermally split flint stones that can be applied directly into a liquid coating or broadcasted over the final wet finish.

Rustoleum's range of Non-Skid Additives have been formulated to be used with floor coatings. A high quality additive, used to aid the protection of floors in industrial and commercial environments.
Application
Rustoleum Non-Skid Additive is available in 1 kg tins and can be added to 5 litres of paint to produce a high performance anti skid finish.
For Sprinkling: sprinkle the granulates onto the freshly applied, wet RUST-OLEUM coating, manually with a "sprinkler-box" for small areas, or with special low-pressure spraying equipment with a nozzle opening of at least 18 mm ; air pressure between 1 - 3 bars.
For Mixing: mix the granulates into the wet coating material and apply the coating with a roller or a brush (not by spraying), stir regularly to avoid settling of the granulates.
- For coating systems with a dry film thickness less than 300 μm it is recommended to use NS 200
- For One Pack Paints, use NS100

Rustoleum Non-Skid Additive can be applied to a number of different substrates including, concrete, stone and wood.
