Sports-Cote Flexible Filler Resin is a waterproof cement additive suitable for patching, crack filling and levelling of tarmac, concrete, brick, stone, etc.
When mixed with cement, Flexible Filler Resin reacts with the cement to form a flexible rubber like compound which is highly adhesive and waterproof. The flexible quality of Flexible Filler Resin allows the repair compound to move with the substrate to give a longer lasting repair solution to cracks and patches. Make good defects such as cracks, blow holes, ponding areas on tarmac and concrete by adding Flexible Filler Resin to a mix of ordinary Portland Cement and sharp sand.
Best Uses
Add Flexible Filler Resin to cement mortar for repairs to car parks, tennis courts, warehouse floors, garages, workshops on surfaces such as asphalt, concrete, brick, stone, tile, slate, metal, felt, wood, asbestos, etc.
Initial set will take approximately 8 hours at 20°C with full cure after 3-4 days. The area will need to be protected from rain, dew and frost during the drying process. The end result will be a flexible, waterproof, weather and UV resistant barrier.
Application
Apply cement mortar mixed with Sports-Cote Flexible Filler Resin by trowel or barrel gun after preparation of the substrate.
Clean up tools with water before Flexible Filler Resin dries.
