Tikkurila Optiva Matt has London Approval (LUL Registered No.2446) for use above and below ground.
Best Uses
Tikkurila Optiva Ceramic Super Matt 3 is suitable for use on new and previously painted walls and ceilings. It is ideal for decorative use in new construction, schools, offices, hotels and residential properties. Tikkurila Optiva Ceramic Super Matt 3 is also suitable for painting of gypsum boards, gypsum, cement-lime plasters, decorative painting of concrete substrates as well as for renovation of old coatings.
Application
Prepare all surfaces must fully as per data sheet requirements. New plaster and concrete substrates can be painted after 4 weeks of curing.
Stir the paint thoroughly. Depending on the porosity of the substrate, apply 2 coats of Tikkurila Optiva Ceramic Super Matt 3 with either brush, roller or spray. If you are using light colours you may need to user a primer such as Tikkurila Optiva Primer before applying the topcoat.
