Watco Concrex Carbon Fibre is the ultimate floor repair mortar. With a rapid setting curing agent it allows for even faster repairs, making it the perfect product for keeping downtime to a minimum.
Best Uses
Watco Concrex Carbon Fibre is ideal for repairing holes in concrete floors, broken floor joints, damaged steps, fitting guide rails, reforming a slope and eroded uneven concrete. It's rapid curing agent means it can be ready for light traffic in as little as one hour!
With the addition of a ceramic additive, Concrex Carbon Fibre has superior strength and adhesion, making it ideal for very thin section, feather edge, or intricate repairs, whilst also being suitable for use in heavy wear areas where other repair mortars would fail.
Furthermore, Concrex Carbon Fibre contains a synergistic anti-microbial blend, which provides a hygenic finish, perfect for areas where hygiene is important, such as food production areas.
Suitable for both interior and Exterior use.
Application
Always ensure that the area is suitable prepped by removing any loose material by wire brushing or sweeping. Watco Bio-D degreaser can be used to remove any grease and oil, and if the surface is damp, use Watco Tack Coat to prime the area first.
Follow the mixing instructions on the product data sheet. The recommended application method is by trowel or steel float.
For repairs that are deeper than 50mm, apply in separate layers allowing 6-8 hours between layers or use Concrex Deep Fill.
