Zeroflame Topcoat W

Zeroflame Topcoat W is a waterborne finish coat for use over all Zeroflame fire retardant coatings, with the exception of Zeroflame Wood-C.

Best Uses

Zeroflame Topcoat W in Matt or Satin finish, can be used as a decorative coloured topcoat. Recommended for interior use only. It has been sucessfully fire tested for use in conjunction with all Zeroflame pigmented fire retardant coatings.

Please note this product is not suitable for use with Zeroflame Wood-C. If you require a topcoat product for Zeroflame Wood-C, please use Zeroflame Topcoat C.

Application

Always ensure that the surfaces to be coated are thoroughly cleaned, dry and free from oil, grease, dust, etc. prior to application of Zeroflame Topcoat W.

The recommended application method is by brush, roller or spray. When spraying, it is recommended to use a heating pack/heating hose to reduce any spray mist and also for an improved spray pattern. If roller application is chosen, consider applying a thin layer without back rolling. Let this dry, and then apply layer two in the same manner for full coverage.

The number of coats required is dependant on the application method and the standard of finish required.
