Centrecoat Damp Proof Basement Paint is ideal for use in basements or any interior walls where damp is an issue. It is suitable for use on brick, concrete, plaster and cement and can be used as either a primer/sealer or finish.
Ensure that any areas of structural faults are repaired prior to application. Ideally, Centrecoat Damp Proof Basement Primer should be applied to clean, unpainted masonry surfaces. If the surface is already painted, you will need to remove as much of the old paint as possible. This can be achieved with either a wire brush or scraper.
Remove any mould from the surface by using a fungicidal wash.
The recommended application method for this product is by either brush or airless spray.
