Centrecoat ProStrip Paint Stripper

Centrecoat ProStrip Paint Stripper is a water based, low odour, easy to use white gel with a pleasant almond odour. Approved for use on London Underground - APR No. 2192.

Centrecoat ProStrip is a low odour paint stripper ideal for use by large contractors, painters & decorators, furniture restoration companies, flooring and decking contractors, artex removal specialists, etc. Centrecoat ProStrip is strong yet much safer than conventional stripping solvents and provides an excellent methylene chloride replacement.

Application

Coat the area required and cover with a polyethylene sheet, so the product does not dry out.

Approximate times for stripping:

• Varnish: 5 – 30 minutes at 20°C
• Paint: 5 – 30 minutes at 20°C
• Two pack varnish : 30 – 60 minutes at 20°C
• Heavy multi layered paint: 90 minutes – overnight
• Two pack lacquer: 30 minutes – 4 hours at 20°C
• Graffiti: 5 minutes – 4 hours at 20°C

Times are dependent on number of coating layers, and therefore may be longer than stated.
