Rust-Oleum LeakSeal is available in a convenient 500ml aerosol spray designed to give easy application and fast drying to most hairline cracks and leaks. This easy to apply spray offers a 100% waterproofing solution to many substrates around the home and is suitable for application to bitumen roofing felt, household and commercial drain pipes, chimney edges as well as the edges of window frames.
Application
LeakSeal is suitable for application to many substrates including metal, aluminium, PVC, masonry, asphalt roofing materials, bitumen, uPVC cladding, fibreglass and more. This unique product is formulated from the latest rubber coating technology to provide a flexible elastomeric seal with outstanding adhesion to provide a water tight seal to prevent moisture penetrating and causing corrosion and other damage. Rustoleum LeakSeal's coating is based on a rubber compound that creates a flexible seal that lasts under any given weather circumstances. It provides a water-tight, flexible seal that prevents moisture penetration causing corrosion.
An easy to apply aerosol simply clean the surface and remove any loose paint or rust, thoroughly dry the surface and apply several thin coats. LeakSeal can be over coated after 24 hours with most alkyd or latex based paints.
