Rustoleum Pre-paint Cleaner 2904 effortlessly cleans and removes all organic and inorganic pollution as well as degreasing all kinds of surfaces before painting. This Pre-paint Cleaner is suitable for all types of surfaces such as floors, walls, doors, window frames, metal, windows, door frames, etc.

The special low foaming solution is ideal for cleaning and degreasing surfaces contaminated with nicotine stains. Pre-paint Cleaner leaves a clean anti-static surface to prevent the adhesion of dust and other airborne particles prior to painting and also acts as an adhesion promoter ready for painting.

Pre-paint Cleaner is an economical solution to cleaning large surfaces prior to painting as it offers a coverage rate when diluted at a rate of 20 to 1 of 100m2 per litre, although practical coverage depends on many factors such as porosity, roughness of the substrate, contamination level and dilution during application.

Application

Shake well before use. Scrape off grease, oil, dirt and other pollution as much as possible. Dilute Rustoleum Pre-Paint Cleaner to the required mixture and apply on the surface. Rub with a brush or white nylon pad and allow to work in for several minutes if necessary. Then wipe thoroughly with a damp sponge or cloth. With stubborn soiling repeat the treatment or leave to work in longer, possibly with a higher concentration.

Because of its concentrated composition, Pre-Paint Cleaner is very economical in use. Depending on the degree of contamination, the product should be diluted in a ratio of between 1:10 and 1:100.
