Carboline Carbocoat 115 Single Pack High Build Primer is a fast drying, single pack modified alkyd primer for structural steel in a Nullifire / Carboline intumescent paint system.

Carboline Carbocoat 115 / Nullifire PM020 Single Pack High Build Primer provides corrosion protection on structural steel within a Carboline / Nullifire intumescent system. Carboline Carbocoat 115 is ideal for fabrication shops that need fast curing to dry and handle. May be topcoated with conventional alkyds or acrylics for color, aesthetics or additional protection. 

Suitable for C1 and C2 environments.

Application

Apply using airless spray. Brush or roller application is only recommended for small areas.  Please contact our technical team for loadings information to ensure your project is sufficiently protected against fire for the times recommended by building control. Apply using either airless spray equipment, brush or roller following the data sheets found on the technical tab.
