Nullifire SC804 Intumescent Basecoat is a water based white basecoat for the protection of internal structural steelwork in C1 and C2 environments. Formulated for fire resistance up to 120 minutes.
Best Uses
Nullifire SC804 is a formulated for use within a system to protect structural steel against the effects of fire up to 120 minutes. This coating can be topcoated with recommended topcoats for decorative and durability purposes.
Top Seal Requirements
Once your DFT has been achieved as specified, the following top seals can be applied
Apply using airless spray equipment to the guidelines as provided by Promain's technical team. Do not thin. Ensure the steel is dry and free from contact with rain or condensation during application and drying. Only apply with air and steel temperatures above 5C. Apply to a clean, undamaged and dry primed surface.
